Sika Goka is a Certified Etiquette Coach and Hospitality Consultant, accredited by The British School of Etiquette in the UK and certified by The Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) and City & Guilds. She holds a BA in  Business Studies from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University, UK.

Her Story

With over a decade of experience in the banking sector, Sika has held various roles in retail banking and mortgage services, including Branch Manager at Barclays Bank, UK, and Head of Customer Services at Fidelity Bank Ghana.

 

Sika’s passion for etiquette and hospitality was further solidified in her roles as Head of Customer Services at Fidelity Bank Ghana and General Manager of Escapade Restaurant Ghana. These experiences inspired her to establish her Etiquette School, aimed at equipping young students, professionals, and hospitality workers with essential professional and life skills. Her unique coaching approach, grounded in her diverse experience in senior management and hospitality, is tailored to meet her clients' specific needs. 

 

Sika has also consulted for several restaurants, providing expertise in areas such as recruitment, training, organizational management, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy. Her work ensures these establishments achieve excellence in hospitality and customer experience. 

Sika is an active member of advisory committees and boards, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to excellence in hospitality and etiquette.
